I bought these for my Ricoh printer and they work Perfectly! No more making a mess filling my own toner (which I used to do) when I can buy these instead and save me lots of time, and no mess. These are well worth the money!

Purchased and used this toner cartridge as a replacement for the OEM Ricoh. It fit and worked great for a while, eventually the printer started displaying "out of toner" errors for the black and I knew I did not print anywhere near 2000 pages (it's rated for 2300, and I've printed maybe 500 or less pages) I noticed it making weird sounds and upon inspection found there to be free floating gears I side the unit...I'm trying to find out how I can contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement.. so far it's been a difficult or even impossible task. If this is not resolved I would not recommend the unit.Picture shows the misplaced gear. Left is a good toner cartridge from another non oem brand purchased around the same time.

Great product, photo copies came out amazing.

The toner function as expected, generating a very clean print. I do not know how much paper it will generate yet, will update once I find out. So far very happy with the product.

The product state it yields 2300 pages. It only yields at the most 400 pages. I am currently looking to purchase the toner somewhere else. Very disappointed but needed it in an emergency.

Uneven output with lack of coverage on the edges of the documents after about a hundred pages only. Yes I know how to install a toner cartridge so that the toner is distributed evenly!

whilst the item arrived "as described", it was very dirty inside the sealed plastic bag, toner powder was already all over the inside of the bag. At first I shook it off and tried to install it, and it fitted, and was able to print a few pages, I thought great. Then over time I find that if i printed more than 1 page at a time, the subsequent pages became more blotchy and feint (ie: the text was grey instead of black!) eventually almost a white page came out after a 10 page doc. Took the toner out to check and this cartridge was raining black toner all over the inside of my printer, to the point where toner got into the electronics and the printer started throwing all kinds of weird error codes, at one point the LCD screen completely stopped working and the printer was nonresponsive. I took a vacuum to the inside of the printer and vacuumed out as much toner as I could (and ruined the vac instead in the process), the printer came back online but every time u tip the cartridge sideways it would literally just pour black toner out the side like a tap! Since I'm well beyond refund period by the time this started occurring (we have a paperless home and hardly ever print), i am now left with 2 choices - either spend a ridiculous (and potentially hazardous) amount of time dismantling and cleaning the inside of my printer and buy a different cartridge for it to replace this crappy thing, or throw the whole printer out with it and buy a new printer! Worst replacement cartridge I've ever bought in my life!!
