These pills are not hard to swallow. I started seeing a difference in my skin tone within a week of using.Has no taste because it's not a chewable neither is it for pain

Doesn’t work
I bought this hoping it will work as the described it on the website. Unfortunately it’s not the case the product did not work for me my elbows still dark no effect on my body at all. Easy to swallow though

I got these for my friend, she has been using them a while now and has been getting good results. Her tone is changing and she says the taste is good, it was that of cinnamon and she loved the out come of it.
