I love everything it will be my right hand as l travel my journey of treatment.

I purchased this planner for my recent diagnosis of Stage 1 Breast cancer. I love how I can keep all my important medical and personal information all in one place, it is not too big to take with me to my appointments and I don't have to worry about writing down information in other notebooks which I was doing and had 3 notebooks going at the same time. If you want one planner to help ease any medical journey don't hesitate... it is so worth the money :-)

My daughter chose this for me so I can keep track of my treatment. It has more than I expected and is going to be very helpful in my journey. I love that I can write down my care team, treatments, medications and appointments. It has a spot for your cancer characteristics/type and treatment options. It also has blank lined pages I can use as a journal to track how I feel or any issues I need to discuss with my physicians. I just love it

The only thing missing in this is a calendar. Otherwise it’s great!

I use the Erin Condren Teacher Planner for work and have lived them for 6 years. I now am the person who manages my mom’s medical care and it’s becoming overwhelming. I mainly wanted a place to keep track of notes from medical appointments, things I need to follow up with, labs and imaging appointments in particular. The size is perfect to carry around, and I have always loved the paper quality of this brand.

I have a lot of specialists... At least 7 lol and I have had several procedures and it surgeries the last several years. This is perfect for keeping track of everything. My mom used it for my surgery a couple weeks ago for when she spoke to the doctor because I knew I wouldn't remember a thing after anesthesia lol. Definitely a must have if you have a lot going on medically.

I was surprised to see how organized and thorough this book is. There are places for everything so all my information is with me at each appointment. I selected this book while I was having a series of tests did not yet have a firm diagnosis. It has helped me keep track along the way and will be very helpful moving forward through treatment.Highly recommend.

The binder is well laid out and very user friendly. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and this was very useful at my first appointment and great for taking notes and writing down questions. Highly reccomend

The cover was not as shown and talked about “ hero’s in scrubs” didn’t make sense.
