Finally something that helps my back acne. I'm 30 yrs old with occasional face acne but painful bacne. I've tried mild soaps and exfoliation with no relief. Been using this a week or so now and already seeing improvement. Fewer and less painful cystic zits. The only reason I have 4 stars is that it is very strong and I get a little itchy, so I'm only using in acne affected areas (back and face) plus lotioning after showers

For some reason I can't use this soap. It stings my face and sensitive area a lot. Burning sensations. I don't have sensitive skin at all but still this soap is doing that to me.
