So no skipping out here, received as ordered.These are nice Chia's' but jsut like any other Chia, they're Chia.How I've been taking these: 1/3rd Glass of Chia, 1tbs Coconut Oil, 1/4rd Full Fat Milk, 1tbs Cocoa power, 1tea spoon of unrefined brown sugar. Fill with hot water. Mix, Freezer for 5-10mins then Fridge for a minimum of one hour. Taste Great!.Also; Sheerness? I'm led to believe is how transparent it is, as in clothing. Chia packaged in a clear zip bag.

The quality of the Chia Seeds are excellent and great value for money, I will certainly be purchasing these again. Amazing value for money, a very sturdy package as well. Only just started these so can not advise of benefit but my daughter swears by them.

I bought this because of the packaging shown on the description. But what I received is completely different (clear sticky plastic), making it difficult to remove the chia seeds from the bag. You end up wasting a lot.
