A beginner like me could have used a bit more info in the little guide that comes with it, but otherwise this is a fantastic beginners deck. The classic Rider-Waite Smith illustrations are printed on standard playing card stock, but with a beautiful matte finish. These cards are like butter between my fingers - so smooth!!! They glide and riffle with ease. The mandala printed on the back is gorgeous and also appears on the packaging - a sturdy, flip-top box with magnetic closure and a ribbon inside to make accessing your deck easy.This deck is not standard tarot deck size, but playing card size. I like it because it’s easier to shuffle and great for traveling!Just be sure to get yourself a more detailed book or download the Rider-Waite Tarot app if you’re a newbie like me.

The cards are so nice! The design on the back so pretty and I love that the cards have the typical depictions. This makes it super easy for someone who is learning. The only down side is that not all of them have the name of the card but it’s totally fine because that’s how they normally are (you can look up the Roman numeral on the card if you are not sure which one it is). The guidebook helps with some ideas for spreads too but I would use another source for the card meanings especially because it dose not tell you what the meaning of the card is if it’s reversed. Overall, they are great quality, beautiful and easy to handle!

La caja y el diseño de esta es realmente bella, muy bien material, una caja dura y resistente con colores claros y armónicos y un mándala bellísimo, lamentablemente de las cartas no se puede decir lo mismo ya que pareces copias mal hechas si bien el material es grueso y al ser mate ayuda la imagen de ve de mala calidad

I love that this deck is the same size as a standard deck of poker cards. As I learn to read tarot, it's distracting to worry about handling a larger deck in my hands... The cards have the classic Rider Waite artwork, which I love. The booklet that comes with it is small, very abbreviated, just a sentence or two, but gives you the essence, like a reminder to what you can read in other books. Sturdy cards, hold up to lots of shuffling. Love this deck!!
