It’s a lovely colour and does a nice toast

Looks smart on my black work top,the light pistachio colour is a soft shade therefore the toaster does not stand out but blends nicely with kitchen colour scheme. It certainly works well with bagels,teacakes or crumpets with it's wide slot. Easy to keep clean just a warm damp cloth and tray that catches crumbs is easily removed.

Powerful toaster
A powerful toaster, much quicker than our old one. Bagel button for longer cook time is useful for crumpets & bagels. Looks very nice. Good firm thunk when you push down. Only criticism is that the very bottom of items (0.5-0.75cm) is below the heaters so doesn’t get toasted as well.

Tea cakes stuck and numbers to set toast level are a mystery
Toast sometimes only toasts on one side. The level settings aren’t consistent, sometimes undercooking and sometimes burning on the same level. Overall not great. It was cheaper than most other toasters though.

Expensive does not been impressive
I bought this product in particular for the Bagel function, 4 slices and also because it look great. I would normally not spend that much on a toaster.After a few months I am decidedly unimpressed. It is not toasting evenly and misses a strip at bottom edge on every slice, so having to toast for half the time then turn it over. Not good.Secondly there is no way to check on the progress. My old £20 toaster allowed me to lift the bread up for inspection whilst still on. £100 of toaster and it's not an option.Value for money vs performance, it's not a good score. Best feature is it's looks.

At last a toaster that toasts
Not perfect but pretty good. Tried seveveral before this one to get even toasting. Not perfect but l had to stop somewhere. Looks good too and doesn't run hot as some do

Absolute rubbish
I originally had a digital version of the toaster and this has lasted for years,so I purchased the same brand hoping the quality would be the same.How wrong was I.Its made out of foil the metal is that cheap.It doesn’t even take a full slice of bread ,only cooks half a slice.Ive stuck with it hoping I would feel different about the new toaster it’s been over a month and it’s still rubbish.
