My Update : January 2021 O gave it a second chance. Im very happy I did. Update from prior review.Still no clumps what so ever. My second order now and I have had no problems with this product being clumpy. Ships fast, great price, packaging is good. I did find that my tummy just had to adjust to this shake. I drink it slowly and have a bottle of water after. The first week I drank maybe a half shake at a time. Second week full shake , no problems with nausea. I have no problems with the taste either or consistency of slimfast. I like the taste, its not chalky or overly sweet. My dr is following me on my progress. Ive told friends that skip meals to grab theses and drink up. I have also joined a slim fast support group online. I highly recommend. I cannot attest to weight loss yet. I will update again as I progress. Im doing the 321 slimfast program . 3 snacks (100 cal each ) 2 slim fast shakes 1/ 600 calorie meal . Im not hungry at all . The shake is filling and I've learned to make smoothies and other things via slim fast recipes from online group. Highly recommend . If you have a sensitive tummy. Start off slowly like I did.No clumps , did not taste bad. Packaging was fine. Shipped fast. I was very excited to do slim fast to lose some weight. I actually liked the taste.Lactose free is perfect for me. Unfortunately this made me very nauseous. Too much for my tummy. Im disappointed. I tried it a couple days and just did not set well on my tummy. So back to Glycerna hunger Shake. I can tolerate this one. I drink it at Breakfast no problems. The only difference I noticed was no niacin, no zinc lower % of the added vitamins.

I turned to Slimfast after being in bed for 2 years after a surgery went sideways, left me many pounds overweight. When I began, I was still primarily bedridden and unable to workout. So I bought this product, a meal delivery service (Freshly), Bubly (to replace sodas) and a few Slimfast snacks to start retraining my stomach & eating habits. 2 Slimfast a day, one Freshly meal and then 100 cal snacks when needed. I quickly dropped the snacks and just in the first month I dropped 10 pounds without ANY exercising.After a medical procedure, I was able, for the first time in 2 years, to start working out. I continued the exact same meals -and made sure there were no other foods in the house to tempt me. Between the meal plans (including 2 Slimfast a day) and working out at first a few days a week-when possible- and now working on 7/days a week- I’ve lost 24 pounds and am half way to my goal.I picked this particular flavor/formula bc it was 20g high protein, 1g LOW sugar and the flavor is really good. So good it’s the only one I drink. I like the capaccino one but sugars are 6g instead of 1g for this flavor.Anyway-THANK YOU SlimFast. My doctors are thrilled with my weight loss & im getting my old body back in many more ways than one!

I drink one daily every morning, the flavor is great. It is not chalky, best chilled. It definitely holds you over as a meal supplement, just cutting out caffeinated drinks and very rarely having a sugary drink pair with this and my normal eating habits, I have lost 25lbs in 6 months. This is NOT adding any exercise as I was only 165lbs and have a joint/muscle disorder it makes walking/running a strenuous exercise, so once the weather permits I will add swimming to help get to my goal weight, but for now this is helping keep the unnecessary weight off. When my day gets rushed, I have a 2nd for lunch. My children beg me for them, as to them they taste like a milkshake lol. Vanilla Cream is the best. The chocolate one to me is gross. The new banana cream is ok, very fake banana pudding tasting LOL, and the strawberry one is not bad either but my favorite is vanilla. I buy 5 cases a month and now my husband drinks one with me every morning where as before this we would skip breakfast.

It’s a really good product,It keeps me full for about 4,5 hours I replayed my breakfast and dinner with this and we’ll see how it goes. It has a lot of good vitamins too. I got the vanilla flavor so I can mix and drink it with anything, first time I tried it with berries smoothie and I hated it because I was tasting the falavor and nothing else , and after that I tried it with 1 spoon of coffe a little bit of boiling water like about 3 spoon and the I add my vanilla slimfast and I add 4 ice cubes and it tasted soooooooooo goooooooooood.

I was surprised by how sweet this tastes the first time I tried it probably because I wasn’t used to artificial sweeteners. I’m used to it now, but I would prefer a less sweet taste. Just a personal preference. I got horrible gas the first couple weeks as my body got used to all the fiber. Eventually, I decided to cut down to one shake per day for a while and that helped. Now, I sometimes add a second shake and haven’t had horrible gas. I also got terribly constipated. It was horrible. Then I realized that with the higher fiber intake, I needed more water even though I drink a lot normally. After adding more water, that too has passed :)I lost four pounds in the first two weeks but for the last month I haven’t been following the diet faithfully and I’ve mostly been using the shakes as a breakfast meal replacement so I haven’t lost any more weight. I’ll try to follow the protocol again and see if it continues to work.
