MACK VISION OIL TANKER Truck New Ray

I bought this for my 5 year old son after returning a similar one to an in-store retailer that was very poor quality. This one was much better. This one has soft rubber wheels that make it roll smoothly and quietly on tile, and the trailer stays on well--it clicks into place and you can actually hold it vertically by the cab and the trailer stays attached. The doors open on the cab (not fully, but most of the way). The cab seems a little more durable than the trailer; the trailer is functionally fine except there are a lot of detailed pieces on the bottom that are not particularly durable. You should probably expect that at least some of these might get snapped off during a typical kid playing with it. My son has had the truck for a few weeks now and one (aesthetic) piece snapped off the bottom of the trailer but I plan to glue it back on with 2-part epoxy. My son doesn't care, he loves the truck. He suggested I buy one just like it so we could play together - I think I'll probably buy another similar one by the same manufacturer so he can have two of them. It looks realistic, is reasonably durable, and is fun for him to play with. I would recommend it.

When I opened it I was surprised by the amount of detail on the truck. I was also surpised at how cheaply constructed it was. I knew right away that this truck would not last long. Turns out it fell apart within an hour. After putting some pieces back together and deciding that I might be able to attach the wheels back on better with a screw, I let my 4 year old play with it some more. That turned out to be a moot point because by the time I got a screw it fell apart even more and was beyond any attempt of glue or screw. The whole thing truck and trailor both had to go into the garbage with less then 1 hour of regular play time. I definitly would not purchase this truck or anything eles from the same manufacturer.

The truck/trailer are exactly as described. My 6 and 8 year olds both enjoy this and have had it for a month & nothing has broken!

I have a young grandson who had been talking about silver oil tankers continually before Christmas. This item fell apart as it was taken out of the box--wheels, other plastic parts. It is a poor quality toy and quite a disappointment. I am attempting to return it but have not heard from the seller yet.

Great toy for truck lovers . My sons current obsession.The truck is nice and bigger then I thought it would be . My son loved it and he is really a truck geek so that says a whole lot.

I took this to California for my 4 year old grandson. It was a big hit. Worked well.Loved it.Very sturdy
