When the plant arrived it looked a bit shrivelled. A few leaves had been knocked off in transit, some of the others had been bent and it looked pretty sorry for itself. After seeing some reviews saying their plants never made it I was expecting the same to happen to mine.I followed the instructions on the enclosed leaflet to soak the plant then let it dry. I was surprised at the change, the plant was plumper and even had a bit of pink on the leaves. I left it overnight on a piece of kitchen towel, and popped it in the window the following morning. After a couple of days most if the leaves have developed pink tips and it looks a lot happier. Some of the tips have gone a bit brown but I have just left them alone for now.

My first word was wow! Very pretty pink/red colouring. Was a little flat but survived being put through the letterbox as the packaging is really good. The note inside said it may be a bit flat so I did as it said and soaked it for a few hours in tepid water and I think it has plumped up a bit. It's a decent size for a new one - compares to one I bought locally recently. There were a few dead ends to trim and a couple of leaves were removed completely as there were not looking so good, but that's all mentioned in the instructions. I'm really quite pleased - let's hope it grows to be even more impressive.

Plant arrived looking dead, however we followed the instructions to soak for four hours in tepid water then leave to dry. After a day it just fell apart because it was dead. Not happy at all.

Great quality healthy airplant, very happy with the purchase.

Another first, spray 2-3 times a week or soak in water 15 20 mins once a week working for me so far.

The air plant arrived in great condition, fresh and with lots of red on the leaves. It seems to adapt well in our bathroom now. Thank you!
