300 311 2604/HD Suspension Control Arm Strut Mount

I installed these in a 2002 BMW 325i. They fit perfectly and I feel are just as good as the OEM part they replaced.Some of the youtube videos for replacing this show a specialty tool that costs $200+. You can easily make your own version for about $10 in parts, and using your existing harmonic balancer puller (you can get it from Harbor Freight for less than $15 if you don't have one). There are also some youtubes that show the guy pulling off the bushing without any tools. I would say for those guys, they have the luxury of leverage due to the car being up on a lift. But for most home DIYers who only have the luxury of jack stands, I would advise to use a special tool as you won't have any leverage.

replaced these last September...6 months later the rubber inside the bushing has detached. OEM is the way to go!!! AVOID!!

Fits perfectly and was fairly easy to install. Time will tell how they last, but they fixed the shimmy in my BMW! So I am pleased-as-punch!!
