Roller is too loose
The pins holding the roller in place are not fixed at all, so the whole thing falls apart if you're not holding it straight while rolling dough. It can be put back together and still works, just very inconvenient. The ability to remove the roller for cleaning is a good thing, but it shouldn't happen this easily.
