(UPDATE) Received replacement unit after being contacted by company rep. After playing around with different USB adapters (believe the previous issue may be related to the type of adapter used), experienced no charging issues. I can even wireless charge my phone with the case on! Adapter I am using is a 40W (4 port) AC adapter. Would be a bonus if the proper USB adapter is supplied, or minimum USB adapter specs are clearly listed in instructions (knocked off 1 star).Overall, a great basic\compact unit that will charge your phone and wake you up in the morning. Simple design that takes up minimal space on bed side table. Would be nice if a adjustable alarm volume feature was available for heavy sleepers. Unit comes with a battery backup feature, so no need to worry if the power goes out.[11/12/20] Great compact design. Bought this item for the price, compact size, and advertised wireless charging capability, wireless charging did not work. Returned.

Took a very long time to charge phone!

*** UPDATE*** After contacting the seller about the situation I was having, I was sent another one. Not sure if it was just a lemon that I had but this one is working perfectly. ***** Just received in the mail today. I didn't realize an adapter doesnt come with it so I thought I could use my phone adapter. Clock works, but no charge. Will update when I can afford to buy an adapter for this thing. Not very happy with it so far. If I can get an adapter to work, then i will update.

The clocked looked like it does in the description. It worked. However- when the phone was on the charger it made a very low white noise sound and the display would dim slightly when it made this noise. I wasn’t happy with that and I returned the product.

Easy to hook up, easy to program, great product!

I purchased this twice. The first time the charging pad did not work at all. The second time it works intermittently. As a clock it is great. Bright blue display with dimming feature. I cannot rate the sound as I never use the alarm, I wanted it for the charging/clock ability.

It seems to do everything it should. I like that the phone charger is in the front instead of on top so you don’t knock your phone off trying to silence the alarm.

This clock does what it's supposed to do I love the fact that I can just place my phone on the charger and charge it before I go to sleep.That being said, the clock itself is way too bright even on the lowest brightness setting it lights up my room the only alternative is 2 turn the clock right off however, then you can't see what time it is.The other thing I'm not really fond of is how quiet the alarm is you cannot set the volume. I personally I'm not a heavy sleeper so I can wake up to it fine. if you are a heavy sleeper and need alarm clock that's loud this one definitely wont do the job.The instructions to set the clock suck royally but once you figure it out it is extremely easy to setLast pet peeve about the clock......it doesn't come with button cell batteries to back it up if there is a power failure. Those little buggers are hard to find around here.All in all it does what its supposed to do but i definitely would not recommend this product to anyone.
