Brilliant piece of kit!
Drilled this into the fence post and then strung it across the garden. It is very long so it is able to zig-zag across my back garden. The wire is thick and easy to attach clothing pegs to.You’ll need to tighten it well otherwise when you add clothing/towels etc it will just sag to the ground. To avoid this I pulled the entire length of wire out and wrapped it around my garden several times to remove the slack completely. This works very well.

Take care if used for heavy wet washing
This a good retractable line but stronger wall fixings are needed for a heavy load.

Does the job
Does the job. I’m not good at DIY, but the screw fittings were the same as the old one I took down so it was easy to fit. Holds a full washing line of clothes, I do use a washing line pole in the middle as well , happy with it
