I'm was surprised at how good these bulbs performed. I installed one on my Zero S electric motorcycle and the beam pattern was very accurate for both low and high beam. I was skeptical at first about these bulbs because they only emit light from ONE (the top) side of the cylinder (most other H4 bulbs project the high beam from bothe the top and bottom). But, after testing, they performed great!One note, the H4 retaining base can be removed on these - and this allows one the install a rubber boot between the heat sink and the bulb cylinder. In my case, I had to create a custom retainer with a Dremel and a zip tie because the original clip would not work with the large heatsink). All in all much brighter and whiter than my stock 55/60 watt halogen (plus it uses half of the power!).I really hope these last. At leat by buying a pair I've got a spare/backup bulb. Recommended.

Easy install, very bright. I have aftermarket headlight housing, so my pattern is limited by the shape of the reflector etc. This is by far the best value lighting I have found. Light color is by a film that sticks to the bulb housing. I didn't even try it, so I don't know how they work. Low beam seems to use two LEDs and the high beam adds one more. The low beam is nice and bright without a huge draw on my 1984 wiring. I hope they last!

Initial impression is WOW! These rock! I installed on my Honda ruckus scooter. They appealed due to being 35 watts. Light output looks as much if not more than the 55 watt bulbs it replaced. The lights were so bright I decided to try the filters. Ended up using the light orange one and it provided a very solid yellow light. Visibility was great. I will leave this for now as it won't blind other drivers and gives great light pattern. so far pleased with the lights. Noticed they get hot quick. Hope they last a while!

Great until they started shorting out and the LED's actually fell off the board inside the light fixture. Cheaply made, my bad for buying. Should have shopped around for a cheaper price. Could have gotten same quality for a fraction of what I paid. Lesson learned!!
