Excellent for Fiber
Love this stuff! I have to supplement with about double the recommended fiber each day. These help me meet that goal without a lot of calories. I dip them in coffee, layer with yogurt or fruit (pears are good), or eat as is. Be sure to drink a lot of fluids when eating these and ease into them. Maybe one cracker at each meal and move to two crackers. Also, if you eat these before a meal and drink liquids, you'll fill up and eat less. So, good for dieting.
