Got all excited when I first got it opened it set it up put the wax pallets in the little cup. Got a little stick for the nose once I put it in. There's a bit of a panic when you first pull on it it's really in there stuck only way you can get it out is by yanking hard, I couldn't build up enough nerve to actually yank it so I pulled slowly and turned I didn't do it right and got some of the wax in my nostrils had to use tweezers finally got it out. It might be a while for me to use again only reason I'm using it is because of the masks, the masks tends to press the nose hairs and it makes it really itchy inside.. Took most of the Troublesome nose hairs did I go back for seconds no thanks 😭

Great for the price , just definitely is not non stick . It’s a great Warner n it’s cute and pink ❤️

The Tosca waxing kit is pretty cool. I like the different colors of wax included. When you open the box it has a lovely smell.

Everything came as described. Loved how easy this was to use. I had it on high the whole time I needed it, around 30min bc I’ve never done this had to learn it. Didn’t have any problems w it and the wax wasn’t super hot placing it on neither.

Wow, I got with the one someone maybe returned. I’m not sure how it’s came as is if this is a new item when the cap was came as closed. I’m sorry, totally need to return it.
