VW New Beetle brake booster hose.
This part fit . It was a little longer than the OEM part but it worked. A mechanic told me it was my brake booster that was bad. And it was going to be expensive to fix. I looked at it myself and saw that the hose was cracked. Thas when I ordered this part and replaced it myself. Saved me a lot of money. It works great. Brakes work great now.

Great fit
My original part cracked open when I moved the vacuum pump out of the way to do my timing belt replacement on my 02 TDI. Had no power brakes and a massive vacuum leak causing a serious lack in power. Swapped out the hose, took 5 minutes, and boom, right back to normal.

Pipe collapsed
My old tube had a small tear/leak so I purchased this one as it was one of the first to populate online for me. It collapsed on me and my brakes got worse until they wouldn't stop. I found out on the interstate so I limped it home and repaired it with a different tube. Would definitely not recommend.

Fantastic! OEM
At first I thought it was a cheap knock off that could get the job done but I didn't realize this is an actual VW part with partnumber. The VW emblem has been scratched off but I'm very surprised and very happy. Almost want to buy a few more just to have on hand. Factory VW ones of the same thing sell for $80 15/10 would definitely buy again. Very happy.

Fit my TDI perfectly, should fit almost all TDIs and some 1.8Ts.You do need the crimping tool for it, but when you do the job you’ll see you can sometimes get away without using the crimping tool if your old one isn’t destroyed.
