I wanted a train to go on the floor around the Christmas tree. The track was way too big for me. I guess I should have read the small print. The track was difficult to get flat enough for the train to go round without de-railing. I was also disappointed with the sound from the tunes re the train. All in all I was very disappointed.

Sir, I was very. very disappointed with the product. i bought it for my husband who has dementia it stated that it had real smoke coming from the train my train set did not have this fallibility why was this! i would like a reply please ASAPMrs p medcalf

Meh is exactly how I’d describe this, the size is not what I was expecting! Very surprised as the thing is HUGE which is impressive. Downsides are the lights don’t work and neither do the sounds, absolute shame as it could be brilliant!

This is huge - I didn’t look how big it was but too big for a normal lounge but I’m sure my grandsons will love it now the tree is down.

Bought this as a Christmas present for our 3yr old grandson who wanted a train set with real smoke coming from the chimney of the engine. After assembling it on Christmas Eve when it all worked fine, we switched on the locomotive on Christmas morning and it worked fine for a few minutes. However, the headlight them flickered and went off and the smoke stopped coming out of the chimney. Whilst the loco still runs round the track and plays music, my grandson was very disappointed with the light going out and the smoke effect stopping. I've e-mailed the supplier/manufacturer ansking for a replacement.

This was bigger than I expected. Too big to fit under my tree but maybe OK for some people . Check measurements!!!
