Firstly, the frames themselves are solid and an attractive design, so I am very happy with them from that point of view. To make things even better the customer service is excellent. Unfortunately when my order arrived the glass in the largest frame was cracked. I emailed the customer service address on the enclosed warranty card and within 2 days had received a replacement, with helpful, friendly assistance throughout. I would thoroughly recommend a purchase from them, both for the product itself and the high standard of customer service.

Does what it says. All round pleasant experience, frame is good quality and prices accordingly. Would purchase more in the future

Arrived promptly. 2 backing boards were unfortunately damaged. Seller immediately sent out entire replacements.These are not the highest quality but they are perfectly acceptable quality. And they're priced accordingly. They are, though, perfect for own personal use and look lovely when on display.

The Picture Frames arrived on time, carefully packed, the inlays fitted my prints perfectly enhancing the picture and I would recommend this product based on my own experience

Photos of my newborn baby looked excellent in these frames which I gifted to all my family for they must all admire my baby at all times.

These are great contemporary frames for a great price, highly recommend

Despite having filtered for only glass frames on Amazon, these frames came with only thin flimsy plastic. The mounts are also pretty thin and unsubstantial. They might be OK for framing something unimportant, but not as a gift or for sale. I bought glass separately and had it cut to size. Will also use my own mount board, which is about twice as thick.
