They end up sending either a hand sprayer or the valve. I out a lot of these in and as of late I've order 12 they sent 9 spray wands instead. This isn't a finished product, the tub connection is capped with a shower washer and some are epoxied in place. Some are loose and would leak, I removed the caps and used some or tub others soldered the tub closed for showers. Threads aren't tapered so you cannot use a female of any kind and get it to seal without loads of Teflon. At a 40 dollar price range it's worth dealing with what I said above but near 80 a valve when you have to order wait and then return order again look for something else or roll the dice. These are seriously 40 dollar valves.

Review for Brushed Nickel:My husband was really wanting to have two shower heads in our new shower but all I could find for the second shower head was the head. I think the heads alone are for replacement only. I needed a shower head with the handle. This is the rain shower head that he was wanting along with the handle that controls it so it’s perfect for new installation but it would also work for replacement of an old setup if the holes line up with what you already have. This is a single handle faucet control with the single shower head.The set is gorgeous. I had never heard of the brand before but I loved the modern, square design. We are so pleased with not only the style and look but the quality and construction is great. My husband’s Dad is a plumber so he is very familiar with plumbing since he grew up working with him. He is super impressed with the construction and quality of the brand.The brushed nickel is perfect for those wanting a silver finish but not wanting the shiny look of chrome. I personally think it ages the best of all of the finishes since it doesn’t show hard water as bad as a darker color or as bad as a super shiny finish like chrome.

This is a beautiful fixture that will update any shower! It was very easy to install, very clear instructions that were easy to follow, and it really uplifted our bathroom! The only drawback is that the actual fixture has some pieces that are VERY fragile. For example, when tightening the outer nuts to secure the fixture, even when using a towel between the pliers, it leaves marks. We found we had to be very careful when handling any piece of the fixture that would be visible for fear that it would scratch. Luckily my husband is very careful and he had time to handle it with care. Otherwise, very happy!

I replaced an older handheld showerhead, what a difference this rain showerhead is. I thought something was wrong with my water pressure before until I put this rain shower on. It is wonderful now, the flow is stronger and refreshing.

I know that black is not for everyone and that yes you get water spots easier on black but, I love black and this 8 inch rainfall shower head and kit is just what I needed and wanted for my new master bathroom remodel. After, having a rainfall shower head I will never go back to the old style. We love it. It has a steady, intensely powerful full body spray with forceful streams of water that make you feel like your in a spa resort shower. You can move it around it has a ball head, it's not stuck in just one place. The instructions were clear and easy to read. If your handy you might be able to put this in yourself but I would say that you need a plumber to put this kit in. It has a water saving mode to help you save money as well. Great price.

This is a sturdy feeling, great looking shower head with a mirror finish on it’s face. I have old plumbing, so i secured the arm from the wall with a wrench, to prevent any motion behind the wall, because i dont want to jostle the old pipes into leaking. I removed my old shower head with steady torque to avoid damage. This shower head has standard threads, so i put a little teflon tape on the threads of my old pipe to guard against leaks and screwed this on firmly by hand, and it was easy to tighten down. I got good flow and pressure.This has a good swivel range, but I will grab a $13 swing-style arm extension at my local hardware to loft this a little higher and straighter, because my old shower arm bends downward.5 stars for sturdy high-flow construction with a large-range swivel.

Everyone seems to be raving about these rain heads, so I thought I'd try it. I have to say that I'm not a big fan of them because Id rather have a smaller coverage area with higher water pressure than a wider coverage area with a lower pressure, such as what you get with these rain heads. I simply don't have that much patience anymore.However, I really do like the look and feel of it, and the smooth operation. It looks expensive without the high price tag. I would recommend it if you're a fan of rain heads, good looks, and affordable prices. What you see in the pictures is not what you will receive. I was expecting a square shower head and control plus the rough-in. What I received is a round showerhead with a hose and diverter. These are useful if you want to add a shower that you can direct the spray with your hand. It is most certainly nothing like how they describe or the associated pictures. It is a completely different product and for different use. What a waste of time and energy. It's a good thing I didn't change my shower in anticipation of what they claimed. I'm returning it so let this be a warning to others.
