I wanted to take a moment and write about this amazing honey. I am an engineering student so I usually don't have time to write reviews for the things I buy but I couldn't wait to write a review about this product. I am originally from a humid country. I have lived all over the world before and all those countries had a humid climate. One year ago, I moved to Texas and my skin, especially my face started having a crisis. I have a combination skin (oily T zone/ the rest is normal) and I started getting a lot of pimples on my face and I started developing new allergies in this dry and dusty state. I went to a dermatologist and he said my skin is not immune to this climate and that's why it is happening. He prescribed me antibiotics, 7.0% benzoyl peroxide acne wash and adapalene 3.0% topical retinoid gel. I used only the gel and it made my face worse which was normal because of purging phase of it but I knew that I didn't want to use it forever and wanted to find a natural alternative. I also had an auto immune disease 10 years ago called Vasculitis and survived from it so this is the summary of my background.Since I have a lot of free time in summer, I started looking for the beneficial natural things for acne prone skins in dry climates and I found manuka honey. Some people eat it for their health issues and some people apply it on scars, cuts and other problematic skin areas. I made a little research because there are many which claim that they are medical manuka honey. This is UMF certified honey and if you want to confirm it, you can google it and find the list of UMF certified honey brands and their license numbers in NZ. I wrote to Comvita's official website's customer service and asked if I could purchase their products through Amazon because I was living in the US and if I ever experienced something unexpected, I would return it easily. They said they are selling their honey through Amazon in the US so I can definitely do that. If I was not a student, I would definitely buy the 20+ one because my biggest concern, for now, is not internal but external. It does come like 6 oz. in an 8 oz. jar but after seeing what it has been doing to my face, it is not even a concern. 15+ tastes great! I usually buy raw organic unrefined honey from a natural grocery store and they definitely don't taste the same. This is denser and you can definitely taste the quality. If you have a serious stomach or any other internal problem, eat one TBspoon a day. If you want to stay healthy, eat one Teaspoon a day because it is strong and yummy! I started applying this on my face as a mask after cleansing and toning my face after the shower. I used it 3 days and kept it 30 mins each night. I didn't see much difference but when I started leaving it over night, I had amazing results. After I started using this honey as an overnight mask, I quit using the adapalene/differin retinoid. It is definitely not easy and comfortable to sleep with it but it is WORTH IT! I had a huge cystic pimple growing around my chin area again and I felt so down that day. Then I read some stories about the people who were applying honey as an overnight mask when they have problems. This is my second day and there is nothing growing on my face and all of my blemishes seems to be fading! I can't believe how painful that pimple was only 2 days ago and now I can barely find its spot on my face.Buy this if you have similar problems to these or buy this and eat it to stay healthy and away from the medicine as much as you can. You pay for the quality and you'll have this body only once!

Please visit the website to get a further understanding the testing and tracing of their licensed brands featured.Anyway, this honey is amazingly rich, sweet, and tasty to start off :D It will be so so so hard to not consume this entire bottle within a month. I've used it in my coffee, but I usually just take it straight from the spoon [giggity] 30 minutes before a meal or just when I want something sweet. I originally purchased this to help with the remaining acne scares I've had on my face from past blemishes. There are many tutorials to show you what to mix this honey with to make a facial mask, but I all I did was dampen my face, and slapped not even a half of teaspoon around my whole face (it spreads even easily). I *censor* you not! The very next day, I was in awe at the results O_O My face was so much smoother and the oil control was remarkable to rid of that shine! If you're looking to improve skin this is perfect for you. I say leave it on for a minimum of 20-30 mins, but I leave it on for up to an hour. My face is almost fully clear from years of torment and blemishes, and people surely do notice the change :D It's not a cure though! You must maintain healthy eating habits and exercise as well.As far as the health properties go, I really don't have much input since I really don't get sick or have health problems. Only benefit I've noticed for me personally is my digestive process is much smoother and I don't have that bloated full feeling after a meal. But I'm sure you won't be disappointed :)Man I just wish there was more in the bottle lol. I previously wrote an unfavorable review about Comvita honey because the first jar I received was somewhat crystalized and almost unusable. To their credit their CS provided a lengthy explanation that their honey was naturally thick and hard but guaranteed that it wasn't outdated. They were also kind enough to send a refund. I wasn't entirely convinced by their explanation, so for my own peace of mind, I decided to try their honey again, only their more expensive $45 version. I found this jar to be more of what I expected. It poured off the spoon as expected and is a very good honey product, which I believe validates my previous review that the previous jar I received was outdated. Regardless, I can give this honey 5-stars and I'll likely purchase their products again.

Small bottle with very little content inside. Expensive but flavor seems good. I bought this for myself and also for my dog who suffers from a collapsing trachea. Too soon to see any improvement but will update once we finish the bottle.

The health benefits of this honey is amazing! You can research the health benefits for yourself. My family has been taking it everyday for months & can definitely tell a difference. The antibacterial & antiviral properties of certified Manuka is worth the price.
