I love this product. I have very sensitive skin and was pleased that I did not get any reaction from this product. I also have somewhat oily skin and most moisturizing products that I have tried in the past leave my skin feeling oily and are heavy on my skin. Naturella, on the other hand, feels light and pure on my skin.After using this product for a bit, I noticed that the different tones in my skin started to even out, making me look younger. I was looking for a new all natural product and decided to try this one based on the reviews. (of which at the time there were maybe five, but all positive)When I received the bottle, I noticed right away that the pump was broken. After trying to fix it myself, I contacted them and was sent a new pump right away. In that regard the customer service was great, stood by their product, etc.Unfortunately the product itself just doesn't work for me, and I am not one with overly sensitive skin or anything of the nature. (In fact, I'm quite lucky in that regard) My face is pretty average, with a tendency towards oiliness. When I put the product on I immediately saw how greasy my face looked, but thought maybe it just had to sink in a little...After walking around for a few hours with a greasy feeling (and looking!) face I realized that was just not the case. I have on occasion used heavy nighttime creams for every day use (which tend to be very oily and without sun protection, which is why they are considered nighttime oils) and I have never had this issue.I don't want to completely dis the product. There's a chance it could work for you and there's nothing inherently wrong with it. It just didn't work for ME personally and I had issues with it that I don't have with many other products. that's what concerned me and why I decided to rate and review it - If i was known to have these issues with products i wouldn't have bothered, since we are all different in how products will work for us.Anyway, it's still "all natural" and don't want to dissuade someone from trying it. At the very least, it isn't nearly as expensive as a lot of the rubbish out there, so even if it doesn't work at least you aren't out that much money.

Let me say I am really particular about moisturizers. I had high expectations because of the aloe but it does not feel hydrating. The pump quit working after the 3rd time. I will scrape the rest out but will not purchase again.

This is a great moisturizer. It has a very creamy texture and applies smoothly. Two reasons keep me from giving it 5 stars. The first is the smell is not very pleasant. That may be a good thing since it apparently does not have any added or unnatural fragrance ingredients. The second is, although a little goes a long way, it seems to be a very small bottle for the money.

The packaging totally looks generic to me. I still gave the product a chance instead of giving the seller the issue with returning it so fourth. The product made my skin oily and had made me brake out. It doesn't seem good either. I would never use this product again nor would I suggest it to anybody. Now- I am stuff with a whole bottle of this moisturizer and I have no idea what I'm going to do with it. If you want to give it a chance- I'll be happy to send mines over to you! Yes- that's how much I do not like it.

I have used naturella for several years now after much searching for a product that would moisturize my skin and never being successful. This product does exactly what it claims to do and so much more. My skin is hydrated and soft. My skin tone is even without any redness, and it has reduced the appearance of the fine lines around my eyes. I don't even have to use a foundation. I get many compliments on my skin and people think I am younger than I am (47). The best part is that it is all natural and I know I am not using any chemicals on my face. I have read the negative comments about this product and all I can say is that this is the very best moisurizer/toner I have found. Just a little bit goes a long way. If Naturella doesn't make your skin feel hydrated and soft and even out your skin tone, no product will. I give this five stars and will, and have, recommend it to everyone. Best moisturizer/toner combination on the market

If you read carefully above, it says all natural except for fragrance and preservatives. I do not like synthetic fragrance... :(
