The steak did not need any trimming .Flavor was great. I cooked it on my new Ninja indoor smokeless indoor grill. 5 1/2 minutes each side. For medium rare.Great steak

I love a good delicious steak ..we celebrated our New Years with these steaks and baked potatoes and salad and so delicious..it was the best eating steaks I’ve had in a long time I’m definitely ordering again for such a great price too ..thanks for making my New Years complete..!!!

The quality of the meat was fine he just didn't wow me for the price

Excellent piece of meat. I will buy these again. These are USDA Choice, and they were very good. I wonder if they sell USDA Prime.

I had high hopes for this meat. Its the first time I splurged and brought meat from Amazon. You only get 4 steaks, and they are somewhat thin, about 1/2 inch thick. The favor was very nice but for 32.25 dollar each. It didn't measure up to the cost. So, if you are looking for a big fat juicy steak, this isn't it.

It was just below average, not the best cut. Too expensive for this quality of the steak. Local supermarket and Costco has better quality and much cheaper. Will never buy again.
