I'm not messing around with the department store belts anymore - I'm tired of the laminated belts that begin to fray soon after you buy them or crack and break at the point where you buckle. I decided to splurge on this belt, but why not, I use the thing every day was my reasoning. So glad I did. This belt is beautifully made from a single piece of thick leather. The stitching is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Buckle is held on with Chicago screws so the buckle can be replaced if needed. Best part is that it's made in the USA by a small family business. If you just want something cheap to hold your pants up for a couple years, get yourself a mass produced, "leather-ish" belt from TJ Maxx. If you want a belt that is built with real thick leather by a craftsman here in the US and that will last a long, long time, then get yourself a Bullhide Belt. You'll be glad you did. I highly recommend this belt. Sizing note - I took the advice from the other reviews and went two sizes bigger than my waist size; I'm a 34 and the 36 fit perfectly.

The fit of the belt was as advertised. The construction of the belt is spot on. Great leather, heavy double stitching and a great fit. The buckle is very solid and I expect it will last for a very considerable time. The packaging was perfect, inside a small cardboard box that protected the belt during shipping. I considered purchasing a less expensive belt, but so happy I choose this belt. I wear it all day with a paddle holster for my duty weapon, a combination handcuff and CS/OC 4 oz. paddle holster, along with a double magazine pouch paddle holster. Also, a spring clip radio holster. This belt will handle all that without twisting or turning on itself.

I don't usually write reviews but this belt is great. Nice and thick, well made and supports my EDC without effort. I carry a large frame pistol and with this belt I barely noticed it was there. Highly recommend if you carry daily.

Well built. Should last a long time! I wear a 34" jean so I ordered a 38" belt. Just a bit short but it works. I think if I would've ordered a 40" belt, I would've given it a 5 star rating.

Good solid dual purpose, work or gunbelt, for ccw carriers. I use this belt for work and I carry at times. Pro’s; affordable and the buckle and belt itself are sturdy. Cons; My belt averaged 0.23 thickness, I recalibrated my calipers and received the same reading. It could also be a bit more rigid. But overall great but it’s solid quality, I did recommend.

Just use the size chart, it's accurate. Thick, sturdy, good stitching, strong buckle. I'm confident it will last a long time and work well with my EDC. I'll update the review in a few years if I remember and see how it's going. For now though, I like it.
