I suffer with a sore back and hip and the brace has made a difference where it enables me to get through day to day activities a little easier. It has not cured me but its been a god send whilst I'm awaiting an x-ray which isn't until mid Jan so it's definitely better than nothing to keep me going. I personally need it on all the time though and for sleeping I just loosen it for comfort same if I'm sitting or eating. Its OK for driving aswell and you can get away with concealing the brace under loose fitting clothing but if your in pain who cares if its on show. If you've not worn a back brace before it will take a bit of time to get used to it but my veiw is I prefer the feeling of a constant firm hug around my waist to crippling pain. One other good thing apart from the support is I do think the copper is providing some benefit too because when I'm sitting quietly I do feel a little buzz and copper is supposed help with circulation so its amazing then really . It didnt cost much either was well worth the price I would absolutely recommend!

A nice wide support as I have 3 crush fractures in my back it keeps my back supported and also warm which helps would recommend

Very comfortable to wear.like that you can adjust tension to give good support. Good for lowering pain whilst working.

Good delivery. My only problem is that there aren’t any instructions for wearing the back support. It was a question of trial and error. I still don’t think I’ve fitted it quite right. Did help when I did my short morning walk.
