Calisson Cutter Stainless Steel 1 3/4''

I returned it because except the fact it was small, it's edges were not sharp so knowing calisson dough is sticky, good luck...

I used rice paper for my Calissons, similar to the French versions, but the tool was not able to cut through that material, which admittedly, was a stretch. I tried sharpening the edges, but that made things worse. Also, my Calisson dough recipe was sticky and clung to the edges of the metal device, which made the tool useless. The product did not come with any directions, so it was difficult to know how to use the tool properly.

This is the first calisson cutter I was ever able to find on Amazon and I bought it immediatly! Heavy steel-will last a lifetime. I thought I would have to buy directly from France-that's how hard they are to find in the U.S.
