Went to the virgin islands for a week. Went snorkeling for a total of 3 and a half hours with this product throughout my trip and it was AMAZING! I have to admit that I was very worried at first because I was putting a brand new expensive phone that I purchased for my trip and not one drop of water got inside. We loved it and we are taking this back on our trip next May. Will always from here on never leave this water case at home. It will always go on vacation with me.. thank you for the awesome product.

I used it for 2 weeks in Hawaii and never had any issues. Well one, doesn’t like iPhone interface. Wasn’t able to change from picture to video but I kept it on video the whole time. So not a big deal to me.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra will fit. The problem is that the shutter button operates an arm on the inside that presses the button to snap pictures (distributor couldn't answer me if buttons on right side were a problem before purchase). Briefly tried to use a friend's phone with buttons on the left side and couldn't get the shutter to work. Might be able to use touch screen, but it was difficult to get it to work dry so it might not be possible underwater. Looks like I'll have to start video before dive and just leave it running

Worked great with iphone 12 pro in shallow water (snorkelling). Touch screen was inconsistent but the start stop button was good. Best to set the phone up, then put it in case and use the start stop or shutter button for still pics.

I love this thing it’s great! I had an iPhone 11 and fits in great and easy to record with. It has a rope thing to stick your arm in. IT DOES NOT FIT iPhone 13 cause they slightly changed the buttons for that model of iPhone. The only hard thing is honestly opening it if you lose the little key thing to pry open the case.

There were many flaws with this product from the get-go. First, the lanyard provided with the product doesn't even fit in the lanyard hole. The hole is way too small. Second, the locks are impossible to unlock without breaking your nail. Your entire nail will rip off before you'll be able to get the locks to unlock. Very disappointed with this product.

I purchased this for the purpose of snorkeling but fought with it to take any pictures. The touch screen of the phone wouldn’t register through the cover.
