Happy Campers Classy Slice Gluten Free Bread, Organic, Non-GMO, Vegan, 16.2 oz Loaf (Pack of 6)

I've been eating Happy Campers bread for as long as it's been available near me—huge fan!! I'm thrilled it's now on Amazon. My wife and I aren't even gluten-free, but we adore this bread for its flavor and healthiness.In particular, I love it as sports food. Its full of seeds and ancient grains (nothing processed), so it gives really long-lasting fuel. (The photo is from a snack break hiking in Washington state—Washington hikers, do you recognize the iconic pass in the background?) I have a slice every morning with coffee before running, and it's perfect: enough to support hard runs, but not enough to weigh you down.Of course, it's not just for hiking and running. We love it as everyday bread because it's so tasty. Love it with butter, with nut butters, with grilled cheese...The one downside to know about is that it's just not as good without toasting. (The product is really upfront about this!) Toasting really brings out the consistency and flavor.Anyway, you're gonna love this bread. Try it!

Regardless of whether or not you have food sensitivities, this bread is just delicious. It tastes how real old school bread should taste; hearty, rustic and flavorful. I recently developed a bunch of weird allergies and this is the only bread that hasn’t given me a bad reaction, but I would keep it as my #1 even if I was 💯 healthy. My last order got destroyed in transit and through my interactions with this company they have proven to be kind, helpful, understanding and truly believe in their product and their reason for making it. I cannot recommend this company enough.

When I receive this GF bread they always go straight to the freezer. I take a slice from a freezer and the rest stays there. Yesterday I suddenly noticed a huge mold on several slices! Have I been eating moldy bread until now because I haven’t noticed it before? I wrote to the seller but they haven’t replied. Terrible!

I have already gone through 2 cases of this bread and it's delicious. I have to avoid gluten, dairy, corn and soy and was having trouble finding anything at local stores that didn't have at least one allergen. So glad I found this company!

Taste and texture like a good whole wheat bread. Very good! I will order again!
