I love this gorgeous journal! The artwork is gorgeous and the materials are lovely. I can use all my various fineliner pens on both sides of the paper without bleed-through or shadowing. The paper itself is like handmade paper, with little flecks and some bumps. It's not perfectly smooth everywhere, but that's why I like it. It's not a big journal, so pay attention to measurements. I'm very happy with it but I knew it was smaller than my bullet journals. I use it for various notes and writings that I don't put in my normal journal. I would definitely buy more from this company.

I got this to take notes for my water themed D&D campaign. It is beautiful and very authentic. Leather outside, the pages look a little worn, and then it comes with the leather like string to keep it closed. The only thing I think could use is some work on the binding of the pages inside. They’re just awkwardly glued in chunks to the inside of the journal. I’m worried I may accidentally wrip a section out one day.

It's way smaller then I expected for the price. Also it shows the mermaids nipples!!!!! They should be covered up. This is a gift for my daughter.

I have an adult relative who loves mermaids and appreciates anything one of a kind and handmade. This little journal was a perfect gift for her. The paper is thick with an old world feel. It is hand bound with nice detail and the cover with the mermaid is nicely done and not tacky. I would buy this journal again. Very nice little gift.

I liked the Mermaid theme, and am collecting blank books for gifts or a special project of writing in the future.

Smaller than I thought but looks nice and I love mermaids. Not sure if I would pay same price if I knew was smaller size.

Purchased this as a gift for my mom, in memory of my sweet daughter who just passed away a couple months ago - who was an amazing artist. My mother - her grandmother, is also a great artist - so I thought it would be a nice thing to have and remember her granddaughter by. She loved it...and it's so beautiful. Unique.
