Good but not outstanding!
This is good Soy Sauce but nothing to compare with Kishibori Shoyu. This is much too salty and lacks the layered flavor we look for. We'll use this in dishes that ask for salt and leave out the salt.

My favorite
I used to use reduced sodium Tamari sauce in in Asian recipes, but found that this is lower sodium and just as concentrated. It's my current favorite brand. UPDATE: This appears to be discontinued! What a shame.
