Beware: bottom is attached not removable
I didn't pay close enough attention - I thought these pans had removable bottoms. They don't. I think it is going to be difficult to get the tarts out of the pans intact.

Excellent product. So happy with it. Sturdy, dough doesn’t stick and comes out like dream. No need to bang anything, just comes out by itself. I used it twice already. I ordered 3 packages.I was worried about the coating coming off, but it’s intact. I hand-washed it and hope it will last me many years.
