I have only had this hand vac a few days. Seems to get the job done. Has enough suction to clean the interior of my SUV. Easy to empty and change the filter. So all of the function is good.What I am concerned about are the attachments just flop around in the holder. They should at least snap in. But if you don't use the attachments much you could just throw them in a bag. It come with a bag as well for the unit.The on/off switch feels cheap and I wonder how long it will last. But works fine for now.I don't know how many times you buy a quality product and something simple like a switch breaks and there is no replacement.I looked on B&D site and they don't list the switch for replacement. Who knows I could be wrong and it last for a decade.I really wish this was wall mountable. It takes up space on my work bench that I would rather have.A good thing is the instructions say you can leave it on the charger and it will automatically turn off when fully charged.So far , so good. I like this hand vac. I have to wait and see about the durability.

Got it for my partner who hated dragging a vacuum around. Loves the power and portability of it.

Works well and has every imaginable accessory to clean your car and around the house. I just love it so far.

Strong suction for a handheld. I've been able to clean up broken glass without issue.Can vaccum my car off a single charge. I would reccomend this over the DC powered corded vaccum you see elseware.

This vacuum sucks, or doesn’t. Initially it did a great job at vacuuming the front of my car. After 15 minutes, the battery died. So you will only get about 15 minutes off one charge that takes hours. It fills up quick and with every minute you will loose more suction. The “dust filter” gets caked up way too quickly even with little debris. I had high hopes for this vacuum but I may return it. For $100 I would have expected better. Also, the “Attachment caddy” is useless as the attachments do NOT fit snugly at all in the 4 holes. Its almost like a joke, they do not fit at all! Last note, this came in a plain brown box. It was obviously new but why was this thrown in a box with no labels? Makes me think it was refurbished or the company is selling refurbished as new. Black and Decker, you could have done way better on this product! I Can NOT recommend :(EDIT: I have decided to keep this vacuum for quick light jobs. Although the battery life is a disappointment and filters could be re designed to let more air through.

This is my second "Beyond" Black & Decker vac of this type. It's the best of all the choices out there that I have ever found. The hose, being flexible, like a regular shop vac, is very nice. It allows one to get into the hard to reach space and esp with the various tools (brush, long thin tool, etc.) Power is good and battery life OK. Cleaning it is not the very easiest but not too hard either. The round accordion filter really needs some other vac to get it cleaned well. I'd buy another if I needed it. Highly recommended.

I bought this vacuum cleaner because i like its design above other handheld models, the way you can hold it with one hand or use two hands to detach the hose and reach just about anywhere. And I like its suction power (at least, while the batteries are still young). Indeed, I like it so much that i bought a second one, even after multiple plastic pieces broke off of my first one. And there’s the problem.After about 3 months of light and gentle use, yesterday the power-off button began to stick; it would resist being pressed. Today, the plastic button cap just fell off, without a sound (almost unnoticed). Looking at it, both the part still inside the handle and its cap which came off, there does not seem to be much that held these together — especially considering that the power-on and power-off buttons get pushed every time you use the device, often multiple times.UPDATE #2: After another month of use, the power button began getting stuck in the On position. Fidgeting with the button a few times belatedly turns it Off.UPDATE #3: After 5 month of use, both the power-off and power-on buttons stopped having any effect at all. It feels like they are disconnected. The model I bought in 2019 lasted a few years. The one I bought in 2023 only survived a few months. Both were used to vacuum ordinary household debris, like insects, crumbs, dust and cob webs. Neither was worked hard nor handled roughly. They just fell apart.
