I was very disappointed to get these bins that are NOT stackable. If you consider storing them empty as stackable then maybe that is what they're referring to but they do not stack on top of each other for organizing a shelf. The depth was good (standard 18 inches) but they are useless since I purchased them to stack and save on shelf space. Disappointed!

These boxes used to be a quality item. The new "thin" boxes are clearly sub standard. The boxes are so cheap they were damaged from shipping!!!... Imagine what happens when you put product inside!!!I was forced to keep one batch, as the time for return went by before we got to use them.I called Akro-Mils to report the sub standard product... because inside the box was a label that said if there was a problem with the quality to report it with the number provided. When I called the number the woman on the phone knew nothing about it and said could I send pictures. I am NOT their quality control department!!... The old strong bins have the logo and part number on the inside, the new junk imitation is on the outside. If you have purchased these before, you will clearly see the difference!!

These bins were just what I was looking for! I have a 20 inch deep shelves in my big bathroom closet. I had 13 inch tubs before and I always seem to have things stacked in front. Now these are deep enough and I just slide them out and can see everything. They are heavy plastic that I think will last a long time. (of course, not so heavy that you could stand on it without bending)

hard to say. It nests with itself. But don't think it will stack with others. My bad for thinking that. There are ones that don't nest but "stack."

These don't stack, they nest like the description says. Don't be a fool like me an think they can be stacked.

The primary reason I bought these was to organize my grilling accessories. I had such a hard time finding something long enough to hold grill spatulas and tongs but this fit them perfectly! I had read in the comments that they are stack able; however, they only are certainly not. They will nest inside each other but that's only for storage of empty bins.

I've got these in both the 18" long, and the 12" long versions. Absolutely indispensable for Food Pantry clutter, Garage Clutter, and Office Clutter. Not to mention Christmas Clutter. Also look at their model 29300 Labels and Plastic Holders, which snap right into the front of the trays.
