Bought for s23 ultra. Cheap very tinny sound. Inadequate volume. Worst earbuds i have used. Much worse than buds supplied with s7edge & note 9. I can't believe samsung think these are an appropriate for a flagship phone. Sent back for refund.

The microphone doesn't work so they are useless for calls

At first I had doubts about whether this was authentic. The product came in a small plastic see-through wrapper, not in the bigger white package like in the shops. Also the sound quality was pretty bad/tinny at first, almost completely lacking bass and lower mids. Just awful. However, it turned out I needed a bigger sized tip. After using the bigger tip the sound quality improved DRASTICALLY. Now there is a pretty good bass response, not boomy, but tight, controlled and deep enough and lower mids are present now, albeit the highs are still a bit more pronounced than the mids. Sound is fairly detailed for this price range and well separated, without being overly analytic, which means that music can be enjoyed by audiophiles (ok, maybe not the ultra snobs) and non audiophiles alike. I now have no doubts anymore that this is an original Samsung/AKG product of a pretty good price quality balance. Bottom line: you have to make sure you have a proper seal, before evaluating these. Only then will they deliver.

Super praktisch, drücken nicht, man merkt sie kaum beim Tragen, guter Klang und Qualität.

received a fake pair of earphones with out any box or package. It doesn't work with my Samsung s21, checked on two phones.
