I planned on using this for emergencies - cuts and bumps and major upsets. I have used it in the past to help with excessive crying over traumatic events. I lost my little dog of 15 years last week. I took this under my tongue every 4 hours for two days straight to help with the crying and grief. Every time I took it, I could feel this veil of calming descending over me. So helpful. I'm having surgery soon and will use it afterwards, too.

So I bought this honestly not expecting much, despite reviews...I truly thought it was woo woo nonsense, but bought it anyway because I felt like it couldn't hurt. Have been using for 3 weeks. Take about 1/4 a dropperful 2 to 3 times a day and also use the "Self heal" by FES. I purchased this because I have struggled with a lot of trauma, severe anxiety, and major irritability. Well, I've noticed all of those symptoms have much improved. I feel so much calmer and nicer! I'm not joking! My anxiety attacks have stopped! I was having Terrible anxiety out in public and even begged my doctor to put me on Xanax or Valium because it was so bad. He refused to prescribe it, but thankfully, I don't need it! I haven't been so irritable, haven't fought so much with my spouse. Have definitely endured some stressful moments and things that would normally trigger me, but felt I handled them so much better. All of this was subconsciously, because again, I never would have imagined that this stuff would help nor is it placebo affect, because I had zero faith in this stuff. Taking these drops is the only thing I have changed. I will continue to use and am a believer! Now If I could find one for energy and pain I'll be good. This is a genuine review. I was a serious skeptic and thought this whole flower essence idea was a little cray cray. It's making a difference! Tastes like Vodka because it's preserved in alchohol. I don't understand the whole essence of each flower and why they didn't just use the actual flowers or how people even knew what flower is attributed to what ailment, who came up with the whole flower essence idea?... It all still doesn't make much sense to me...but I can tell you that something is helping and I pray it continues to give me relief. Try it!

This Biodynamic Flower essence is an essential in my car, in my home, and in my RV. Stronger than Bach Rescue Remedy, I prefer it and find it fast and effective. Even pulled my mother out of a stroke once!

I have been needing this for a very long time and finally justified spending on my own self care and the essence came expired.
