Snaps together. Seems pretty sturdy once assembled. No instructions but it was super easy to put together just by looking at the pictures. Perfect size for my State Fair booth.

not to scale .....too small ,3 stories same size as others that are only 2 stories , door ways really too small , maybe as a medical clinic , but too small for hospital

It's clean and straight forward. The windows are just a tinted sheet that is sent with it. Plenty of it to finish all the windows and have left over. It "snaps" together, but I went ahead and glued it for an added measure. My layout is still a work in progress and the hospital is in a mock up state, but I like it. Came from China of course, but it did get here faster than predicted. The red accents have a double sided sticky tape, I glued them on too, but the tape is handy to keep the pieces in place until the glue cures. Overall, inexpensive and simple.

This was very easy to put together but it took me too long to receive it. No instructions are given and I was missing pieces and didn’t know it until I was just about done putting it together. Very disappointing!!!
