HORRIBLE
I bought these for Christmas for my boys, and They were calibrated twice and charged and disconnected as instructed to conserve battery life. They last no more than 20 min. I tried asking for an exchange on the product and the seller told me to record and re calibrate and send him a video . I was not asking for my money back just an exchange as this one is not working correctly. My kids are very disappointment and I am even more. HORRIBLE purchase DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worked for 4 weeks
I bought this for a Christmas gift, worked great for about 4 weeks. my son only rode it inside due tot he weather. He was riding it down the hallway bumped the closet door now the wheel is seized up will not move at all. It wont charge, turn on, nothing. I have asked the company to send me a troubling shooting website or link. I copy of the manual nothing. Dead radio silence.

What’s wrong with my hoverbord
Idk what happen but I got my governors for Christmas and it was great but now it won’t turn off and one of the wheels are stuck and light won’t turn off and the other is not stop going way to fast and won’t charge and I did That balancing thing and it’s getting hot and I can not turn if off

Buyer Beware!
I bought this Hoverboard for my 2 sons ages 6 and 8 for Christmas. It was well loved for the 4 days that they got to use it. One of the wheels will no longer spin and it and the power off/ on button no longer works. Very dissappointed in this product & hoping the company will allow us a total refund as returns are not allowed on this product. Something I did not know before I purchased. Do not waste your money on this!

Riding Time after fully charging is horrible
Very well made....main issue is riding time...max riding time is maybe 45 minutesNeighbors have another brand and their kids are able to go almost 2 hrs..

Doesn’t work
Absolutely horrible! Worked for about 1 hour, now one side doesn’t balance at all and it won’t turn off.
