Barenbrug 25619 Turf Sense Grass Seed Grows in Areas of Sun and Partial Shade, 5 LB Bag

I added a retaining wall to my backyard which added ~600sq feet to my yard. I was going to plant Barenbrug RPR but when I went to purchase it, it was sold out. After doing some research, I found that this sun and shade blend is 20% RPR so I went ahead and bought it.It germinated quickly as expected and is filling in well after 5 weeks.The problem is, about 20% of the grass that germinated looks like ryegrass but it has very thick blades and it is growing much faster than the rest of the grasses. I had to go 1 week between the last 2 mows and it grew from 2" to 8" tall in 1 week. It sticks out and is not giving the new lawn the fine texture you'd expect from mostly perennial ryegrass. I'm assuming this is the Annual ryegrass that is listed on the bag, and im hoping that it is going to die off over the winter because I really dont like the look of it.There is a picture comparison between what I think is an RPR sprout and this thick bladed ryegrass, you can see the blades are almost 3X thicker

Worked great in sunny areas and shady areas with seemed like very little little non germinating seed
