ok... Hello from Arkansas. I've been only a 2nd- shadow name on my friends Amazon account since 2014. Although this is extreamly inconvienant ; I'm also the one responsible for being the only one out of the two of us that loves this educational Amazon road & in the same breath, it may be true that U can lead a horse to water but U cant MAKE HIM DRINK IT, BUT I assure U; the over all product knowledge received from just this type of product IF USED on a reg bases WILL without a doubt help with the bloating & constant constipation caused by medication or over all tox we are all prone too in our lives. Really good tasting and I even put a little honey into it to sweeten it up a little. Definetly has helped to curve my appetite and I'm happy to report that I have lost over 12 pounds now. Lots of water weight and the cleanse part has been nice because I have noticed now I awake in the morning feeling refreshed instead of the last 10 years of feeling heavy and tired from the get.
