As a 45-year-old woman, I’ve had my share of experiences with various menstrual products over the years, and I can confidently say I’m thoroughly impressed with these pads. They’re exceptionally soft, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—free from perfumes and synthetic materials that have no business near one of the most sensitive areas of a woman’s body.The absorption capacity exceeded my expectations, particularly as someone who typically uses pantyliners from another reputable organic brand. While it’s true that conventional products may offer slightly longer wear time, they often come at the cost of exposing the body to potentially harmful chemicals. For me, that trade-off simply isn’t worth it. I prioritize my long-term health over a marginal convenience, and this product proves that you don’t have to sacrifice quality or performance to do so.I encountered no issues with the pad staying in place—my technique of pinching from underneath the fabric upward helped secure it firmly. Over the course of my three-and-a-half-day cycle, which included two heavy-flow days, I used only eight pads from the sixteen-count pack.Overall, I give this product a solid 10/10 and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a safer, more mindful alternative for menstrual care.

If you want a product that is organic, good for your skin, helps you out so you stay dry, this is the product for you! It's not like the commercial, chemical-laden pads that can cause irritation. They're not completely leak-proof, and not as sticky as those toxic brands, but they are excellent for everyday wear. The company is awesome and will send samples. But these samples aren't just one or two pads, it's a whole package! I'd say that's very generous. I've used the maximum and ultimate, and I like them both for different times. I highly recommend them if you're concerned about toxicity in such a private area.

I've purchased a few different sizes of these and it is the moderate ones that I like the best.

Good product if it would stick better which causes it to butch up because it doesn't stick well!!

Update: I am reducing my review down to 1 star. These pads don't absorb and you sweat like mad in hot weather. It is like wearing a wet wash cloth between your legs. I cannot in good faith buy them.Pads are very comfortable. They seem short in length so order up a size. I feel they need more adhesive on the bottom a 4th strip. Width is perfect. Very soft. They are thicker than other pads which I like because I feel like I am protected against leaks. Great for that time of month too. I heard some women complain you see the pad when you wore it. You don't. If you can see your pads showing through your clothing your clothes are too small and you have a weight problem not a pad problem. Stop blaming manufacturers. Pads come in many sizes for all kinds of beautiful people.

Very absorbent and no odor. Great product but a little expensive for the quantity.

I’m all for pure un Lea bed cotton and plant based ingredients. I have extremely sensitive skin so I was very disappointed when the pads started pilling and they don’t stick. There aren’t many options out there for us ladies with sensitive skin. I’ve found Rael brand works. None of the plant based pads stick well so you’ll have to live with that until someone makes a change.
