I didn't read well enough. Thought 15" was the travel distance, not the length. The one I bought only expands 6" which will make using it tricky but it still might work. Had I paid more attention, I would have purchased the 25" version. These look well made and strong. I have not installed yet but if I have any issues, I will update this review. They seem really good however.

As ordered , came on time, installed easy, worked as advertised.

I needed replacement struts to hold up the rear deck on my boat. There are lots of options on Amazon, but selected the Arana and I’m glad I did. I was replacing 40lb struts, but could only find 45lb. Bought them thinking it would be fine. Arrived quickly, but I got caught up in other projects so didn’t get around to installing for a few weeks. When I finally did, one of the struts bent. I guess it was too much for my application. I tried to return through Amazons standard returns, but was about a week outside of the return window. I contacted Arana and they were super helpful. They offered to either refund or replace the struts and even agreed to send me the 25lb struts. Like the original order, they arrived in a couple days. I installed them and they worked perfectly. Arana even followed up with me to make sure I was happy.In these days when it’s hard to find good help and we’re told to expect less, Arana provided more. If you’re trying to decide which Amazon vendor for your strut needs, go with Arana!

AS described, strong and relaible

Spent way too much time trying to follow the instructions (if they can be called that) only to finally realize these won't work for our RV underbed storage. No screws or bolts included to attach brackets. Finally gave up and returned them and bought some Hatchlift struts. Waste of time and utterly frustrating; my advice is spend a bit more and get quality.

Very easy to deal with. You fill out a form they send struts. Perfect and cheap

The gas struts themselves seem okay. However, the end ball joints have about 4mm of play in them. Additionally, the hole in the mounting brackets to accept the ball joints threaded part have the hole drilled way too big, or I had the wrong mounting brackets in the pack. Either way, not recommended at all.

Not as powerful as stated, but made well.

I used this for the bed in the RV. It's the perfect strength to hold up the queen mattress. However, in my situation, I couldn't use the brackets as-is so I had to flatten two of them. And the instructions were pitiful. I wound up just going by trial and error. Anyway, I now have easy access to my under-bed storage.
