This drill performed great going through hard house brick. I built up from small drills but the last bit was easy with this drill. It’s got 4 cutting faces and performed well.

Used this to route two water pipes through a double course brick wall. Don't know how well the drill bit will stand the test of time, but it handled the two holes with ease (using a 2.7j impact SDS drill). Probably wouldn't want to try it with a less powerful drillWasn't very good at extracting the brick dust and required several plunges in and out of the hole to clear dust occasionally but that is more due to the size of the hole than the design of the bit.However 5 star rating as it did exactly what I wanted it to and it is excellent value for money compared to other bits available in well known DIY stores.

I bought this to drill 4 very deep holes in very hard concrete, and hired a heavy-duty SDS hammer drill. I managed it, but the SDS flutes sheared off just as I was finishing the last hole. I can still use the drill with my own non-SDS hammer drill, and the tip looks pretty good considering, so not a dead loss. My first experience of the SDS system, and it might indicate either a weakness of the system, or the need to be pretty careful not to overload such drill bits.

this i brought not for its fbuilt intensionbut to make a hole in my motorcycle baffles a few had hits though the baffle (take exhaust off ) and hit the end of the drill bit to the floor a number of times and it soon went though the baffle great idea worked a treat and was the perefect size

Seems good quality, used a couple of times without any problems. Time will tell how it wears.

bought this and other items for the price but doing a job which requires the use of a large bit, so i bought several size of this product for both the sds and normal fitting for future use i needed. good deliver service as always worth the price.
