Not a big deal
I have a lot of thick semi-curled and frizzy hair, and I though this brush would be a good alternative to stylize my hair (something that I do maybe once every two weeks because it is time consuming). It works, but NOT as spectacular as some reviewers say it does. It took me like 40 minutes to finish my hair, so I decided to give it to my sister, who has straight hair and uses the straightener only to reduce her frizz. Two stars because it is not that bad, but I'd rather spend only half of the time using a normal straightener.

I honestly was very doubtful how could this tool be effective on my frizzy hair. This is Fabulous!
This is fabulous! I have fine, curly (sometimes frizzy), European hair. The ionic works to bring vitality back to the hair and the brush straightens the hair. Love this gadget.

Awkward And Clunky
I have a U-Spicy that is larger and I love it, but I wanted one for use on my bangs and shorter hair. This was too clunky and more awkward than my larger one. Takes awhile to heat up as well.

Recommended! Daughter likes and uses it
Bought for my daughters 12th birthday. She has used it a few times and takes a little practice and patience to get the right technique down. She has better luck using it when her hair is damp and already brushed through. I would recommend!

For me it is just too heavy. The on/off button and heat control are place in a bad position. As I am using the straightener, I am always accidently turning it off. The teeth are too big and far apart. It may work better for someone with very long hair.
