This little bottle of sage has helped me tremendously, after 2 weeks my hot flashes were already milder and now six weeks later I barely notice any. My good night sleep is back, this has been a life saver.My hot flashes were unbearable and some days came every 15 min, which made working as a nurse with mark and gives on, very difficult and uncomfortable.

So glad I found Menoforce Sage Tablets. They are the best sage tablets available at the highest concentration. It worked for me significantly after a few weeks. Totally got rid of ALL hot flashes. Reduced my night sweats, although I still get them sometimes. More tips for you ladies going through the same thing: I also take Evening Primrose Oil by Nature's Way 3x per day and DIM. This combination makes me feel like my old (younger) self:-)

If you are going through menopause and hot flashes are plaguing you, BUY THIS! I was having one to two flashes per hour and waking up every couple hours to remove and replace blankets. Not to mention, the awkwardness of holding a conversation with someone and suddenly having sweat roll off my face. Embarrassing! I tried black cohosh, and it did absolutely nothing for me. I figured menoforce was a waste of money also, but why not try? I was desperate! Within 4 days I started noticing a definite difference. Within 10 days, the flashes were reduced to about 2 times per day, no sweating involved. Just a slight warming sensation. I no longer wake up during the night. Everyone's body is different, but if youre struggling, give it a try. I cannot say enough good things about the relief I feel since starting these.

I have been using this product for a couple of weeks, after looking for a remedy to my having increased hot flashes. I am taking it in combo with a couple of other herbs--but since adding them my hot flashes have reduced SIGNIFICANTLY. Now, I have probably a couple of hot flashes a day, and most importantly I have been able to sleep comfortably through the night without the intense heat I was feeling during the night previously. I highly recommend you give it a try. It has been a great relief to me. *a couple of reviewers have noted having headaches after taking--that has not been my experience.

These tablets did work very quickly to reduce my hot flashes and night sweats. However, after taking them for two weeks, I realized they were the source of daily headaches and sharp shooting pains in my eyes! At first I contributed the daily headaches to eye strain or sinus/allergies. My first self-diagnosis was a brain tumor. But then, I figured I must be developing chronic migraines. But the headaches and eye pain continued to get worse day by day and become debilitating. What had I done differently in the last two weeks that could have caused my symptoms? The sage tablets! I googled side effects of sage tablets and headaches were only mentioned a couple of times and only after taking them in large amounts and for a long time. I stopped taking them immediately and the headaches and shooting pains stopped. I know they are a very low dose of sage and the product is not known for having side effects. But everyone is different and so I guess they just weren't for me even though they did work for the problem.

I've been searching for something natural to help with hot flashes. I've been taking them about a month, and I notice a huge reduction in hot flashes. I take one tablet around 5pm; this helps me sleep better with little to no hot flashes and night sweats.
