Seems sturdy, is easy to fit and cheaper than buying from Ford. Can't comment on longevity as I only fitted it today, but works well. Doesn't sit exactly flush to the seat but who really cares anyway, it's cheap, it works and looks right

This item is quite good quality for the Value. Was easy to put on and works as it should. Car now has a working pull down chair again. Highly recommend!

Easy to install and use

Rubbish. I have replaced these before. This one would not locate properly and then one of the lugs broke. Don’t waste your money, buy a genuine ford part.

Customer service is excellent. Thanks for the help.Managed to fit the product but unfortunately the plastic bit that catches the wire was not long enough for the run and unfortunately wasn’t up to the job. Tried to remove the part which broke and now stuck with a part that was useless to begin with that I can’t send back either now.

This product was for my sisters car. Great value but not been fitted yet waiting to be fitted
