The BEST Tremolo pedal available, covers every possible need! I'd be AMAZED if any company could improve on it's sound+features!
- THIS IS AN AMAZING BOUTIQUE TREMOLO PEDAL AND THE VERY BEST SOUNDING ONE THAT I'VE EVER HEARD! IT ALSO COVERS EVERY POSSIBLE NEED YOU COULD EVER POSSIBLY WANT OR NEED FROM A TREMOLO PEDAL! IT'S HAND MADE IN GREECE, HAND PAINTED, USES THE VERY BEST POSSIBLE COMPONENTS AND IS TRUE-BYPASS!This pedal is not cheap but it's worth the money, in my opinion out of the VAST AMOUNT (most boutique and non-bouitique brands) of Tremolo pedals that I've owned and tried, this "JAM - THE BIG CHILL" pedal is by far the best on the market!I TEND TO HATE PEDALS WITH TOO MANY KNOBS THAT USUALLY DONT MAKE THE PEDAL ANY BETTER - LUCKILY THIS PEDAL DOESNT HAVE TOO MANY KNOBS/SWITCHES AND EVERY SINGLE ONE IS EXTREMELY USEFUL & ESSENTIAL!- The first position (up) "square wave form" is a bit extreme sounding for some but it most definitely can have it's uses depending on the style of music you like to play or if you're experimenting (it can get very 'psychedelic' sounding!)...The best way I can describe its sound is if you are familiar with the guitarist: Tom Morello from the early 1990's rock band "Rage Against the Machine" - This sounds exactly like the type of Tremolo effect that he used very often live and on their albums! Although I am not a big fan of the band per-se, I can almost guarantee he used some type of Fuzz or Distortion with the Tremolo effect...- The middle position of the toggle switch which is the "Sine Wave" option - I can honestly say it sound exactly like the vintage Fender "Brown-face & Blonde" Amplifiers which used this the sine wave form! Some examples of these vintage Fender Amps were/are: the Brown-face Princeton, Deluxe, Vibrolux, Vibroverb, the Blonde Tremolux, etc...- The third (down) position is a "triangle wave form" but it's extremely sweet sounding on this pedal and to my ears its only slightly different than the "sine wave" form on the pedal reminds me of the Tremolo on my old Fender "Blackface": Super Reverb '65 Reissue (that I sold because it was too powerful for me) & my Deluxe Reverb amp which I still own....
