I'm not a tea drinker normally, but I was given an old recipe for a medicinal tea from a neighbor that included dandelion. The health benefits have been great. The product is very fresh and I'll be a repeat customer!

I bought 2 bags as a natural & healthy snack for my chinchillas. We can only wild harvest Dandelion so much in our area and tend to run out before we could stock up. After opening the first bag I was shocked to see how gray and dirty the leaves on top were. As I poured some out, piles of clumped up moldy leaves with loose dirt came out. I though WTH is this?!? At the bottom of the first bag I fould some small rocks and what looks like a giant bare root covered with dirt and mold! The suff inside smelled nasty and I was very upset. The second bag was pretty much exactly the same thing sans the giant bare root that took up nearly half the weight of what was in the first bag. My wife and I were incredibly disapointed to say the least. We'll be buying from other retailers in the future or just grow more of our own and dry it ourselves cause this stuff is just gross and NOT safe to put in ANYTHING let alone use as loose tea or snacks for small pets. I have seen that we are not the only ones that have had this issue! This brand should be audited for QC/QA and removed from Amazon.

The product smelled good and my bunnies loved it.

We thought we were buying dandelion root to put in our tea, etc. When opening the product there was straw, grass etc in the bag. Not what we expected and I can't even return it.

I expected the product to look like the image shown on Amazon, but it didn't look anything like the photo. Mud, dusty and dry, covered leaves. A chunk of mud an inch in diameter rolled around in the bag. And, roots were hanging about in clumps. If someone wanted to use this for tea, they'd have to wash the leaves, separate out components that are less desirable, then pour on the boiling water for steeping.

Leaves moldy and cannot be returned. Really frustrated...

This was very dirty. There were dirt clods around the root bundle and some parts had mold. I threw out the moldy part, but unfortunately I didn't see the dirt clods until I had been using the product for a few days. Wondering now what all I have ingested.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Very dirty contains dirt, mud and other items that may not be dandelion. Cannot be used.
