Updated EQ5 pro hand controller and motor controller firmware. Connected to stellarium with the ascom / eqmod driver.

Takes a bit of working out but works really well
Arrived quicklyBuild quality looks to be solid and reasonably priced.Took some working out as there are no real instructions other than those in the Amazon description but once connected and configured it all worked really well.If anything changes i will update the review.

This has fried my handset / mount, Handset will only go into standalone mode The mount no longer works with the usb adapter either.

Not great
Despite being highly technical, I could not get this cable to work with any of my astro gear on various platforms. Build quality is not great and uses an older UART chipset than most offerings.Returned.

Poor build quality
Poor build quality. Cable flex ends well before the clip meaning you are pulling on very thin wires to unclipped.

Es un cable bien fabricado, pero no me funciono para mi aplicación ( aunque ya contaba que no funcionaria por el protocolo )

Ottimo acquisto
Ho preso questo cavetto per collegare la montatura skywatcher (ho una eq5, ma va bene anche per heq5, heq6 e eq6) al box skyfi che utilizzo su un meade. Perfetto. Ora comando tranquillamente la montatura da telefono tramite stellarium e SkySafari. Sto provando anche a utilizzare la combo cavetto più skyfi per comandare il tutto da Nina in Wi-Fi. Per chi si volesse cimentare dovete creare una porta seriale virtuale e utilizzare i driver ascom skywatcher. Enjoy e cieli sereni!

Das perfekte Kabel für diesen Job
Zuerst habe ich versucht es selber zu bauen und als es nicht funktioniert hat, habe ich mich umgesehen.Es gibt sehr viele anderen, teureren Alternativen.Aber für 10€, was ziemlich das billigste ist, was ich finden konnte, macht dieses Kabel schon alles perfekt.Gute Verarbeitung und hohe Qualität.Eine pure Kaufempfehlung!

Meglio dell'originale
Presa per sostituire l'originale ormai defunta, non sbaglia un colpo. Si connette al primo tentativo (cosa che prima non mi riusciva nemmeno con la montatura nuova) e guida la HEQ5 alla perfezione.
