From the start of my order I had excellent service. The only thing I would mention is that Fed ex was awful to deal with.I live in a small community that has no delivery service and it was extremely difficult to get any information as to WHERE my package was...Fed Ex needs to know how to answer basic questions, and to know where pick would be located.As for Sangrens Clogs I would tell everyone that the clogs are Beautiful and well made..love them.
